We had nice coffee maker in the room and we were supplied with coffee, tea and bottled water every day. Great comfortable bed and the bathroom was also very nice. Nicest bathrobe provided."

"This resort is in Union Square and does not have a pool, dishwasher, amenities like other resorts. HOWEVER, I had a nice visit with the Manager complimented on a nicely operated resort. She stated that because they couldn't furnish some amenities they made up for it by giving a morning newspaper, your name on the room entrance, a rose upon checking in, bed turndown, a candy on the pillow and very friendly staff. They also have you turn your key in whenever you leave the complex so theyknow when the room is available to clean up your room and give you fresh towels DAILY, if you want them. These little "extra touches really make one feel welcomed and well taken care of. Makes up for amenities that large resorts give, We love the place and return every year. In fact, we are considering purchasing."

"The location is good if you can navigate the Powell St. hill. We were assigned to the 3rd floor on the side of the hotel without an elevator. You needed to be in shape to manage the stairs several times a day."
