Place was nice but way too big and had to walk a lot with 2 kids. Timeshare presentatiom was not only aggressive but also deceptive and should be illegal what they are convincing people of

the staff are very and try to be helpful when they can. the adult area pool is very nice. I like the choice of retaurants on property but they are too expensive.

Because of my health issues we didn't have the room cleaned everyday but when we needed something, anything, it was there in no time friendly greetings and just glad that they could serve us. Very family oriented and more than helpful.

The resort grounds are beautiful, the walk to the beach is a little long but that was ok, because the walk to the pool and beach was very pleasant.

The Mayan Palace room we stayed in was so old and outdated. The shower/tub was all chipped. The bedsheets and comforter were disgusting. They had old stains on them. I complained and complained to the staff. I was told the hotel is closing for the summer and being knocked down.
