The Hotel is very noisie. Can hear the people above and beside us. The staff would take our dirty towels and did not leave us clean towels. The safe did not work, had to swipe the door key 3-5 times to open the door. This was a common complaint with all the guests. Even the timeshare salesman told us Peacock suites is there worst resort and not rate Shell on this resort.

The resort offered a free breakfast each morning from 7-10 am which made it easier to be ready to visit Disneyland or take off for other attractions.
