Good city location. Bedrooms fine. Could have used 2 bathrooms with 2 bedrooms. Living room area without windows so no light. Decorated in dark colors so not very cheery.

We loved Rosedale on Robson in Vancouver and will go back if we have the chance. Our suite had a nice view, and openable window, and enough of a kitchen so we didn't have to eat out more than once a day. When we did eat out, the restaurant downstairs was quite satisfactory for several meals.

Pleased with the suite. Kitchenette, TV's in both rooms a bonus. Nice having a DVD player in the front room. Nice king size bed. Nice pillows. Good location and proximity to local transportation, food and events. Nice view.

I went in on an exchange,the room was terrible.the unit i was given was in front of a busy street with a fire station in front & sirens going all day & night.the bed was old, sheets were hard, pillows hard & bulky.i asked to be moved and got some resistance from the mgr.he assigned me to another small room with old dingy carpet.i asked him if i could get a better room,he said no,because i am not an owner I do not get any priority.i said I exchanged this with a premium resort,he said I was only on an RCI exchange,I said I had SfX,he said he never heard of this exchange.

I exchange 2 units at this resort,One unit I gave to my brother in law and family.my unit was terrible,his was worse.the bed was old & lumpy.the A.C. was noisy,the oven stayed on & kept the room hot.I called the manager about the oven,he said in a condescending way that the oven does not just stay on without anybody touching it.he sent up a maintenance man and concurred with me that it was an old faulty oven.I told the mgr. that it was not safe to occupy this room,and he reluctantly moved my brother in law to a smaller room,noisy unit in front of fire dept. with sirens wailing day and night with stinky carpet.I asked him if there was a better unit,he said he only gives those to owners,he said I was only on an rci exchange,and never heard of SFX.

Wall to wall windows in bedroom. We moved a second chair into the bedroom so we could sit there and enjoy the view of Vancouver and the mountains (in the distance).
