I had requested two weeks but only got one. I had it in my head that it was the second week so we arrived at Hotel de l'eau vive on November 21 to discover we were supposed to be there the week of the 14th to 21st. Luckily, there was a unit available for us to rent. Next time I will double check the confirmation form!

The resort did not clean the room, did not replenish coffee etc., did not change the bedding. The attendant on duty told us from the first moment that we could not have a choice of any other suite but the one they assigned us. This conflicted with what SFX told us--which was we would have a choice. .
