We purchased a tour downtown for a lower price than the rest on the tour paid at their hotels. We had forgotten that we had been on the same tour two years ago which we purchased from the Mayan Palace, where we were members. But we saw twice as much on this tour (it was a different tour company). We really got our money's worth!

My daughter got the flu and then my husband who needed medical attention. The doctor came to our room and prescribed medication and electrolytes and he we better 8 hours later. The doctor made a follow up call to see how he was. It was not something they ate or drank as they were sick about 5 days apart.

The resort itself is awesome. The beach out front of the resort was very rocky and lots of trash (some of the trash was due to the next resort not being open). Pools are awesome, food was good, room service was excellent. Vallarta Adventure tours were great. Beautiful sunsets. Lots to do on the boardwalk which you could walk to from the resort.

The one bedroom unit was way below standards. Had to pay a $100 per day upgrade fee. Bed was a muphy's pull down beed- very hard and uncomfortable. No couch in Livingroom. Nowhere to sit together. very disappointed!

most impressive for us is just the diversity and quantity of sealife around Puerto Vallarta. We watched dozens of manta rays jumping for about 20 minutes, we saw dolphins every day, humpback whales breaching...all from our hotel beach. In addition turtles were hatching literally under our beach chairs, a mother turtle was laying eggs..very amazing.

Received a wonderful ocean front room. The resort has two enormous amazing pools, large Jacuzzi, several restaurants, swim up bar in one pool, and beautiful grounds. The beach is not really for swimming since it is pebbles, but there are near by beaches. Easy walking distance to downtown Puerto Vallarta, old town, and the Malecon.

Our room (1279) in the tower was GR8!!!!!!!!!! for sunsets and bay view and sound of the waves. Size of bedrooms and unit were good. Bedding very comfortable. Appliances were relatively new. Bathrooms were upgraded, unfortunately, no hot tub/jets We loved the olive oil based soap Location was excellent for access to mega store, buses, transportation, walking downtown or old town, exercising across street ( public facility). Closet space good. Enjoyed watching water vessels and people on the on the bay. Food was ok. Cactus/green juice was the best!

This resort had 4 tennis courts and a pro. My husband is a National champion so he was delighted that there were locals and visitors of his caliber to play. The resort is smaller and more friendly than some of the bigger resorts. We would definitely stay at this resort again.

We had a beautiful 2-bedroom corner unit. It had a full kitchen, a separate dining area, two bathrooms with wonderful showers and tubs, a living room with double couches, 3 flat screen TV's with lots of channels, and a beautiful wrap-around balcony facing the ocean and downtown Puerto Vallarta.

We paid for an upgrade and had a unit 30 feet from the ocean on the ground floor with an outdoor patio -- it was heaven. The public areas and restaurants and pool were all very lovely and we could walk into downtown Puerto Vallarta. I will return to this resort and thank Nathan for recommending it to me!!

The check-in was not very welcoming. Once we received our room key we were directed to a sales representative in the lobby. She tried right away to push discounts on us if we sign up to take a tour. We were exhausted from our travel and were in NO mood to be pushed so soon. The food was excellent, but the overall friendliness of the staff was not overly welcoming. I spoke first to others before any employee would speak to me. We had a 2 bedroom unit and the first bedroom with 2 double beds had a sewer smell in it. Maintenance attempted to fix it by sealing a hole in the wall somewhere. While the smell was less obvious, it still smelled. The acitivies director was superb. High energy and very engaging.
